Kerroin viime sunnuntain postauksessa, että yhdistin edellisellä Ranskan reissulla mustan maxihameen neuleen kanssa. Oli ihanan lämmin kevätpäivä ja tällä kombolla pärjäsi hyvin. Paljaat nilkat ja takittomuus on täällä Suomessa vielä toistaiseksi mahdoton yhdistelmä, mutta kaikki aikanaan. Mitä mieltä te olette tästä yhdistelmästä?

Toivottavasti kaikkien pääsiäinen meni hyvissä merkeissä! Itse pysyin kaupungissa ja vietin enimmäkseen aikaa perheeni kanssa.Tuli myös vähän mietittyä reissukamoja, sillä seuraava matka koittaa taas ensi viikolla. Täällä kertaa suuntana on Italia! Mulla on pieni kutina, että tällä asulla pärjäisi sielä hyvin, joten täytyy muistaa pakata maxihame messiin!

In last Sundays post “picks of the week” I had selected a knit and a maxi skirt. This is because I tried this combo in France and quite liked it! The sneakers make it look very casual, yet the skirt is a nice change to the jeans I wear most of the time. In Helsinki, this combo without a coat would not fly, but hopefully in a few weeks it might…What do you think of this look?

I hope all of you enjoyed your Easter break (if you had one)? I spent mine in Helsinki and mostly enjoyed my families company and of course ate well. I also started to pack my bags (mostly in my mind for now) as next week I’ll be flying to Italy. Hopefully the weather is good enough so I can wear this look over there!

Kerroinkin teille, että olin kuolannut näitä IvyRevelin kollareita jo ennen kuin sain kyseiseltä merkiltä yhteistyöehdotuksen. Kun sain kuulla, että voin valita muutaman vaatteen heidän uudesta mallistosta niin oli itsestäänselvää, että valitsisin kollarin.

Käytän harvemmin hopean väriä missään (koruissa, vaatteissa jne.), mutta tässä tuo hopeinen V toimii todella hyvin! Itse stailasin kollarin rennosti vaikka vapaalle viikonlopulle sopivaksi ja sama kokonaisuus näkyy päälläni myös tänään. Tähän vielä tennarit ja trenssi niin oma viikonloppu lookini on valmis!

Tennareista muuten…kävin sovittelemassa Supergan tennareita viime viikolla, mutta koot menivät niin hullusti, että on pakko hylätä ajatus niistä. Oma kokoni on normaalisti 38, mutta Supergan mallissa se oli liian pieni ja koko 39 taas liian iso. Puolikokoja ei ole, joten täytyy varmaan valita Converset! Mietin vaan, että minkälaiset ne on jalassa? Ne nimittäin tuntuivat todella raskailta ja vähän epämukavilta (kun sovitin), mutta kaipa ne muokkaantuu käytössä jalkaan muiden kenkien lailla?

I told you guys I that I have been a fan of IvyRevel’s sweatshirts for a long time. When I got to choose a few items from their Spring collection, I knew instantly that a sweatshirt would be one of my picks. This one is so comfortable and cosy, which is why I styled in a very casual way. Perfect for the beach as well, heh!I rarely wear silver color in my jewellery of clothing, but here this silver V works so well. I think this weekend I’ll wear this exact same look with sneakers and a trench coat.

And talking about sneakers, last week I tried a pair from Superga. Unfortunate I had a problem with the sizing as 38 was too small and 39 too big. They don’t have half sizes in the model I want. I guess I’ll have to go with a pair of Converse! I’m just wondering how comfortable they’re on. When I tried them, they felt quite heavy and not that comfortable…But I guess they’ll mold to my feet once I wear them more?
