GRACIAS BARCELONA

Palasimme eilen yöllä takaisin kotiin mitä parhaimman Barcelona reissun jälkeen. Laskeuduimme sateiseen Pariisin myöhään illalla ja oli uskomatonta, että reilun tunnin lennon jälkeen lämpöasteetkin tippuivat yli kymmenellä. Tuntui kun olisi matkustanut toiselta mantereelta, eikä tuosta naapurimaasta. En tiedä onko Barcelonassa sitten normaalisti näinkin helteistä vielä syyskuun lopussa, mutta yölläkin oli vielä niin lämmin, että tarkeni t-paidalla. Tuntui tosiaan kun olisi matkustanut huomattavasti kauemmaksi.

Ensi viikolla kerron enemmän reissustamme ja postauksia on ainakin tulossa hotellistamme (se sai meiltä täydet pisteet), parhaista tapas-ravintoloista ja nähtävyyksistä. Mielestämme kaksi ja puoli päivää oli hyvä aika tutustua kaupunkiin näin ensikertalaisina. Olimme lähes aamusta yöhön liikenteessä joka päivä, joten kolmas päivä olisi ollut jo liikaa. Nyt jalat hellänä istun tyytyväisenä kotisohvalla ja käyn läpi matkan kuvasaldoa.

Tässä siis muutamia maistiaisia tähän iltapäivään! Palataan Barcelona jutuilla siis ensi viikolla ja huomenna matka jatkuu sitten Pariisin muotiviikoille. Snapchatin kautta pystytte parhaiten seuraamaan menoani siellä. Ihanaa lauantaita kaikille!

We returned late last night from Barcelona and were greeted by rainy and cold Paris. It felt like we traveled to another continent all together, since the temperature dropped more than ten degrees during the one hour flight, but no, we just came from the neighboring country. I’m not sure if the weather is always this warm in Barcelona at the end of September, but it was still full summer over there.

Next week I’ll tell you more about our trip and I’ll focus especially on our hotel (it was great), the best tapas restaurants in town and the best sights for any first-timer in Barcelona. We stayed there two and a half days and we did so much during these days, that we couldn’t have handled another one. We walked so much, that now I’m really feeling it on my legs now, but it’s great to chill at home and go through the pictures.
